A bespoke co-working space in Leesburg, VA. Situated above its sister coffee shop, the co-working office is membership-only and incorporates Hem’s lounge furniture to maintain the coffee shop atmosphere. Work spaces spaced out to evenly distribute noise.Larger work stations have gone from 8 to 7 seats, to give people more elbow room. Main work spaces are located near windows, as window proximity improves work performance and morale.

The main lounge space is moved to the center with a rug. With the high ceilings above, putting the soft furnishings in the middle will help reduce noise pollution. Zig Zag shelving offers privacy as a room divider behind the Palo lounge and between work stations and a heads-down Hai Chair work/lounge space.
